Job Description

The Administrative Order Cycle & Inventory Clerk supports functions through meticulous data management and coordination.

Job Responsibility

  • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors to confirm order status, schedule delivery dates, and resolve any issues related to shipping, shortages, or damaged goods
  • Invoicing & Cost Tracking: Calculate order costs, verify invoices against received goods and POs, and forward documentation to the Accounts Payable department for payment
  • Documentation: Maintain organized electronic and physical files for all receiving documents, including POs, packing slips, and commercial invoices

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, inventory control
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for reporting and analysis)
  • Experience using an Inventory Management System (IMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
