The Administrative Order Cycle & Inventory Clerk supports functions through meticulous data management and coordination.
Job Responsibility
Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors to confirm order status, schedule delivery dates, and resolve any issues related to shipping, shortages, or damaged goods
Invoicing & Cost Tracking: Calculate order costs, verify invoices against received goods and POs, and forward documentation to the Accounts Payable department for payment
Documentation: Maintain organized electronic and physical files for all receiving documents, including POs, packing slips, and commercial invoices
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, inventory control
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for reporting and analysis)
Experience using an Inventory Management System (IMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
