Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with a high volume of documents and data.

Job Responsibility

  • Process, review, and organize documents and records with accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform general administrative and clerical support duties
  • Maintain organization of files, records, and office systems
  • Work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with team members as needed
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative processes

Requirements

  • Previous office and/or document processing experience required
  • Prior automotive dealership or car sales office experience strongly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to stay organized while handling a high volume of work
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
