Job Responsibility:
Deliver general administrative support, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, data entry, and preparing documents
Provide excellent customer service with clear and professional communication
Support colleagues and managers by coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and assisting with scheduling and generic email inbox queries
Handle enquiries from internal teams and the public with confidence, clarity, and problem‑solving initiative
Ensure compliance with internal policies, data protection guidelines, and public sector standards
Contribute to improving administrative processes and supporting wider team objectives
Requirements:
Organised and detail‑focused, able to prioritise workload effectively
A strong communicator, both written and verbal
A proactive problem‑solver, comfortable taking initiative when challenges arise
Professional and reliable, with a strong understanding of confidentiality
Confident working with IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications
Experienced in customer‑facing or public sector environments (desirable but not essential)
