We are currently recruiting several Admin Officers to join our client's busy Team within a respected public sector organisation based in Birmingham City Centre.
Job Responsibility:
Creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records using in-house systems
Managing shared inboxes professionally and efficiently
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Preparing standard correspondence, reports, minutes, and other documents in line with guidelines
Ensuring all administrative work meets quality and compliance standards
Scanning, filing, photo
Use of internal case management systems
Requirements:
A clear DBS check
The ability to provide three years of employment references
