Brook Street in partnership with the Home Office has a fantastic opportunity to join their team as an Admin Officer. Hybrid 60% office 40% remote. Full-time attendance is required for the duration of training (Hybrid working can only be permitted once approved by the manager and when they are satisfied that the candidate is ready to do so). Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5hr pr/w, 9am - 5pm.
Job Responsibility:
Taking calls from members of the public on Windrush and compensation matters, offering accurate, empathetic advice as the first point of contact
Handling difficult or complex conversations with sensitivity and integrity
Providing administrative and direct customer support within the Complex Team
Working collaboratively with colleagues across all Windrush teams to support customers
Producing and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
Managing all administrative tasks related to the customer journey
Covering the Windrush Helpline's operating hours (9am-5pm) on a rota basis
Requirements:
Call Centre background
Must hold a valid passport
Must have lived in the UK for longer than 5 years
No periods of 6 months or longer spent outside of the UK in the last 5 years
Security clearance (SC + Basic DBS) will be processed for successful candidate
Full-time attendance required for duration of training
