Job Responsibility
Collating and analysing complex data and information
Inputting and updating details on case management and internal systems
Maintaining accurate case records to ensure timely progress
Completing daily time-sensitive tasks efficiently
Delegating tasks and progressing work following proper procedures
Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and external contacts
Communicating professionally via email and phone
Providing general clerical support to the wider admin team
Requirements
Two GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics
A relevant qualification such as NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or similar
Experience in administrative roles with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally
Flexibility to work within the designated hours with some adaptability
