Our client, a reputable organisation based in Newcastle, is currently hiring for an Administrative Officer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to important work within a supportive environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Collating and analysing complex data and information
  • Inputting and updating details on case management and internal systems
  • Maintaining accurate case records to ensure timely progress
  • Completing daily time-sensitive tasks efficiently
  • Delegating tasks and progressing work following proper procedures
  • Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and external contacts
  • Communicating professionally via email and phone
  • Providing general clerical support to the wider admin team

Requirements

  • Two GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics
  • A relevant qualification such as NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or similar
  • Experience in administrative roles with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally
  • Flexibility to work within the designated hours with some adaptability
