Job Responsibility:
Court & Case Administration: Prepare, process and manage court and tribunal papers, case files, orders, warrants, fines and fees, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely throughput
Operational Court Support: Clerk civil and family courts, tribunals and hearings
assist court users
manage listings, rotas, juries and hearings
and support daily court operations
Communication & Customer Service: Handle face-to-face, telephone and written enquiries, liaising professionally with the judiciary, legal professionals, agencies and the public to deliver a "right first time" service
Data, Verification & Team Working: Maintain and verify records, perform basic financial and statistical calculations, contribute to TIB meetings and projects, and work collaboratively across teams and ad hoc roles
Requirements:
BPSS clearance
Basic DBS clearance
No extended periods (6 months or longer) outside the UK in the last 5 years
No annual leave during training period
