An opportunity is available for an Administrative Officer to support the Company Fleet Services team. This role is based on-site in Huntingwood and works closely with a small, experienced team managing corporate vehicles across multiple states.
Job Responsibility:
Managing company fleet administration
Coordinating vehicle registrations, inspections, and servicing
Responding to driver queries professionally and efficiently
Maintaining and updating databases and records
High-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
Liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers
Supporting BAU (business as usual) fleet operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
High level of data entry accuracy
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to manage time well, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
Confident communicator who is comfortable asking questions and calling out issues
Nice to have:
Confident navigating spreadsheets & Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
