This is a front facing customer service role engaging with our consumers, as well as providing administrative support to our clinical teams. This position will cover both planned and unplanned leave in all administration locations within the Mental Health Division. This encompasses the Austin Campus, Repat Campus, Royal Talbot Campus, Hawdon St, Burgundy St, PARC and the Statewide Centre.

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise work and multi-task in a busy environment
The ability to follow a prescribed workflow and escalate when necessary
Ability to problem solve and attention to detail
Proficiency and digital literacy expertise including the MS Office Suite
