Job Responsibility
Logging incoming ministerial correspondence onto the management system with precision
Processing outgoing responses promptly and accurately
Managing the Private Office correspondence mailbox and coordinating requests between departments
Liaising with colleagues and other government bodies to track case progress
Maintaining detailed records and audit trails throughout each case's life cycle
Using Microsoft Office and specialist records systems to produce and manage documentation
Collaborating with team members and providing support across different portfolios when needed
Requirements
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work accurately in a busy environment
Confident in using Microsoft Office and quick to learn new IT systems
