Job Responsibility:
Preparation of legal documents through dictation, copy or other instructions
Perform regulatory and business research and filings
Communicating with clients, counsel and court officials
Assisting with time entry, billing and accounting services
Assisting with court proceedings and preparing documents for court filings
Proof-reading and translating in English and French
Requirements:
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and be resourceful
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Word advanced skills
Knowledge of AdobePro
Strong word processing, spelling, proofreading and editing skills
Post-secondary diploma in Legal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant program
