Requirements

  • Answer guest questions regarding property services/features and hours of operation
  • Document all guest requests/complaints and communicate such to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
  • Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
