Job Description

Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Front Desk Professional to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role supports daily operations through exceptional customer service, accurate data entry, and a variety of administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet visitors and provide friendly, professional front-desk support
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages
  • Respond to emails promptly and professionally
  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Process credit card payments and compile credit card reconciliation back up documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and general office coordination
  • Support internal teams with additional administrative duties as assigned
  • Uphold company standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front-desk role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Excel, email platforms, etc.)
