Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Front Desk Professional to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role supports daily operations through exceptional customer service, accurate data entry, and a variety of administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and provide friendly, professional front-desk support
Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages
Respond to emails promptly and professionally
Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Process credit card payments and compile credit card reconciliation back up documentation
Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and general office coordination
Support internal teams with additional administrative duties as assigned
Uphold company standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front-desk role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Excel, email platforms, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
Comfortable handling payments and sensitive information
