Emerson Practice Associates (EPA) is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Fellow to join our leadership team for a one year immersive fellowship experience. This is a unique opportunity to gain executive level exposure, lead high impact healthcare projects, and develop advanced healthcare management skills under the direct mentorship of the Vice President of Emerson Practice Associates. The EPA Administrative Fellowship is a structured, one year leadership development program designed to provide hands on experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, strategic planning, and physician practice administration. Reporting directly to the Vice President of EPA (Fellowship Preceptor), the fellow will collaborate with executive leaders, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to advance key organizational initiatives that improve performance, patient access, and financial sustainability.
