Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative / Executive Assistant to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth office operations and assist with billing-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all responsibilities.
Job Responsibility:
Comfortable supporting, and acting as liaison, for the C-Suite
Provide administrative support by coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments
Review, proofread, and prepare documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence
Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies to ensure efficient operations
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications
Assist with special projects and perform data analysis as required
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Support onboarding processes and assist with office management duties
Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and streamline operations
Experience with billing functions including preparing and processing invoices, statements, and collections
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in computerized billing systems and related software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Attentive demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
