  • Ensure the asset tracking platform (e.g., Excel sheets, WMS, or inventory tools) reflects current asset location, ownership, and usage status
  • Input and audit data provided by warehouse team and project leads
  • Flag inconsistencies and follow up with the relevant internal stakeholders for resolution
  • Log asset dispatches based on instructions from project leads and warehouse team
  • Verify return documentation and ensure asset status updates post-return (e.g., 'returned in good condition', 'damaged', 'missing parts')
  • Coordinate basic labeling, tagging, or ID assignment for traceability
  • Work closely with warehouse employees to stay informed about actual physical movements
