Job Responsibility
Processing personnel mutations and keeping employee documentation up to date on a daily basis
Coordinating and administratively supporting onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding (such as drafting contracts, offer letters, and welcome packages)
Managing the sickness absence administration and liaising with external authorities such as the UWV and the Tax Authority
Acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions
Requirements
You are not a junior, but a self-reliant professional with a reasonable amount of experience within HR administration
You function excellently in a dynamic, changing environment and effortlessly take ownership of your tasks
You have completed a relevant education and possess strong analytical skills
You have gained the necessary experience as an HR generalist or HR assistant and have knowledge of Dutch labor law and regulations
You have an excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
Dutch is a strong plus
Experience with the HR information system Visma is a major advantage (or you pick up new systems very quickly)
