Are you administratively strong, do you like to take control of your own work, and are you not afraid to approach colleagues? For a large, international player in the logistics sector, we are looking for a proactive HR Administrator. A great temporary challenge until at least August 2026, with a strong possibility of extension!

Job Responsibility

  • Processing personnel mutations and keeping employee documentation up to date on a daily basis
  • Coordinating and administratively supporting onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding (such as drafting contracts, offer letters, and welcome packages)
  • Managing the sickness absence administration and liaising with external authorities such as the UWV and the Tax Authority
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions

Requirements

  • You are not a junior, but a self-reliant professional with a reasonable amount of experience within HR administration
  • You function excellently in a dynamic, changing environment and effortlessly take ownership of your tasks
  • You have completed a relevant education and possess strong analytical skills
  • You have gained the necessary experience as an HR generalist or HR assistant and have knowledge of Dutch labor law and regulations
  • You have an excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
  • Dutch is a strong plus
  • Experience with the HR information system Visma is a major advantage (or you pick up new systems very quickly)
