Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement administrative strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness while anticipating future needs
  • Lead and manage a global administrative support function ensuring consistency in standards, processes, and policy compliance across regions
  • Manage the performance management and annual compensation processes for the global administrative function
  • Help resolve conflicts/personnel matters on sensitive or complex issues

Requirements:
