Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations and ensure administrative processes run smoothly. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing communications, maintaining records, and providing general support to internal teams and leadership.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and administrative workflows
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
Maintain records, databases, and confidential files
Support vendor coordination and supply ordering
Track deadlines and follow up on action items
Requirements
2+ years of administrative or coordination experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
