Monitor and track project progress, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
Maintain and update databases with accurate and timely information
Serve as a point of contact for customer service inquiries, providing clear and helpful communication
Facilitate the completion of administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with internal processes
Assist in planning and executing in-person and virtual trainings
Adapt to evolving team needs, asking questions and seeking clarity when necessary
Work collaboratively with individuals across diverse teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow
Handle tasks with consistency, flexibility, and attention to detail
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative coordination or a related role
Strong skills in scheduling, project tracking, and database management
Excellent customer service abilities, with a detail-oriented and approachable demeanor
Ability to quickly grasp new systems and processes, proactively seeking guidance when needed
