A growing construction company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations across multiple job sites. This role is ideal for a true “jack of all trades” who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and can confidently wear multiple hats. The position is based in Tulsa; however, regular commuting to Muskogee is required.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to operations, project management, and field teams
Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation
Track job-related data, expenses, and schedules using Microsoft Excel
Coordinate communication between office staff and field personnel
Assist with purchasing, invoicing, and general office functions
Support special projects and step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements:
Strong administrative background in construction or similar blue-collar environment preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
Experience with Google Docs/Google Workspace (a plus)
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Muskogee as needed
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
