We are looking for a detail-oriented PART-TIME Administrative Coordinator for a company in Louisville, Kentucky. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in event planning and calendar management. The Administrative Coordinator position offers a part-time schedule of 20-30 hours per week and is expected to last approximately 2.5 months, with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent role. There may be some required evening and weekend work during the week of May 25th-31st.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage event planning activities, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently
Maintain and organize schedules using Outlook, including managing appointments and meetings
Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
Monitor and update calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth operations
Collaborate with team members to support activities and deadlines
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a similar role
Strong proficiency in calendar management tools, particularly Microsoft Outlook
Demonstrated expertise in event planning and coordination
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a part-time capacity
Familiarity with basic compliance processes, such as background checks
