Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented PART-TIME Administrative Coordinator for a company in Louisville, Kentucky. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in event planning and calendar management. The Administrative Coordinator position offers a part-time schedule of 20-30 hours per week and is expected to last approximately 2.5 months, with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent role. There may be some required evening and weekend work during the week of May 25th-31st.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage event planning activities, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently
  • Maintain and organize schedules using Outlook, including managing appointments and meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Monitor and update calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with team members to support activities and deadlines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in calendar management tools, particularly Microsoft Outlook
  • Demonstrated expertise in event planning and coordination
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a part-time capacity
  • Familiarity with basic compliance processes, such as background checks
