Robert Half is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to provide dependable operational and clerical support for a team in Missoula, Montana. This long-term contract position is HYBRID with 3 days on site! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping office activities organized, preparing clear materials, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Responsibility
Manage general office coordination activities to help daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
Process and organize scanned personnel file documents, maintaining accurate and accessible records
Handle incoming mail distribution and support routine document flow within the office
Learn established approval and signature procedures to provide reliable backup administrative support
Create and format presentation materials, including recurring biweekly all-staff meeting decks and executive-level PowerPoint presentations
Assist with clerical tasks such as preparing letters on company letterhead, arranging outgoing shipments, and generating shipping labels
Provide day-to-day administrative support by coordinating schedules, responding to routine requests, and helping maintain organized workflows
Requirements
2+ years of experience in an administrative support, office coordination, or similar role
Strong administrative assistance skills with the ability to manage multiple clerical tasks accurately
Experience with calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating routine office activities
Comfortable answering inbound calls and handling general office communications professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including creating and editing PowerPoint presentations and business documents
High attention to detail when managing records, correspondence, and document preparation
Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and learn internal processes quickly
