A highly respected financial services and investment banking organization is seeking a polished, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support its Financial Services team in Baltimore. Job Responsibility
Provide administrative and operational support to the Capital Markets team
Manage and track filings, documentation, reporting, and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
Maintain detailed records, trackers, and spreadsheets utilizing advanced Excel skills
Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and calendar support
Serve as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, and incoming calls
Assist with vendor coordination, vendor relationships, and related administrative processes
Support contract administration, documentation review, and negotiation coordination
Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining discretion and professionalism
Requirements
3+ years of administrative support experience within a corporate or professional services environment
Financial services, banking, capital markets, or investment banking experience strongly preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Experience supporting executive teams or high-level business units preferred
Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-through abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional presentation and client-facing demeanor
Experience with contracts, vendor management, negotiations, or operational coordination highly valued
Ability to work independently while becoming embedded within a collaborative team environment
