Our client, a well-established insurance firm, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. Job Responsibility
Provide administrative support to leadership and various departments
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents
Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Assist with data entry, document management, and recordkeeping
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, office supplies, and general office operations
Support client documentation and administrative workflows
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal staff
Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of administrative or office coordination experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Insurance industry experience is not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional demeanor with outstanding customer service skills
