We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Carmel, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of validation processes, audit scheduling, and record management, all while delivering exceptional support to team members and clients.
Job Responsibility:
Process applications and renewals
Schedule audits to meet deadlines
Maintain up-to-date and precise records for compliance and operational purposes
Communicate requirements, deadlines, and progress updates effectively with all parties
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team and operations
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office or program coordination roles
Exceptional organizational skills with a reliable and detail-oriented approach
Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion
Proficiency in computer systems and comfort working in a paperless environment
Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused attitude
