We are looking for a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Chesapeake, Virginia. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to daily operations through efficient administrative support and detailed coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, handling communications, and ensuring accuracy in data processing and reporting.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments
Answer incoming calls and address inquiries professionally and efficiently
Utilize advanced Excel skills to create reports, analyze data, and consolidate information from multiple sources
Perform high-volume data entry with precision and attention to detail
Review and verify data for accuracy, proactively identifying and resolving errors
Organize and maintain records, ensuring accessibility and compliance with company standards
Assist with overnight system uploads and ensure data integrity during processing
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address administrative needs
Coordinate tasks and deadlines to support operational goals
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles or similar positions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and advanced features
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to think critically and proactively identify potential issues
Experience with high-volume data entry and reporting
Capability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
