We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our client in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a long-term part time contract position ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Indiana’s criminal justice system and expertise in behavioral health. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in high-volume settings.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate program activities and ensure adherence to established research protocols, including the collection of survey data
Build and maintain partnerships with community resources such as treatment providers, housing agencies, and workforce programs to facilitate seamless referral systems
Develop and manage service plans for clients, track compliance deadlines, and document interactions effectively
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including judges, attorneys, clerks, and litigants to support program objectives
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats for courtroom interactions, record-keeping, and reporting
Utilize case tracking software and Microsoft 365 tools to organize and manage program-related documentation
Prioritize tasks and manage workflows independently in a fast-paced courthouse environment
Supervise team members and contribute to the design and implementation of state-level programming
Collaborate with professionals at the intersection of behavioral health and the justice system to address client needs
Requirements:
Demonstrated knowledge of Indiana’s criminal justice system, including courtroom procedures and diversion programs
Proven experience in research protocols and survey data collection
Strong skills in referral coordination and partnership building with community service providers
Familiarity with client-centered case management practices, including service planning and compliance tracking
Excellent relationship-building abilities with stakeholders in the justice system
Proficiency in case tracking software and Microsoft 365 applications
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
Supervisory experience and expertise in creating state-level programming
Nice to have:
Prior experience or knowledge in Behavior Health is an added bonus
