The Bristol County Treasurer’s office is seeking a detailed-oriented and highly organized professional to serve as the full-time Administrative Coordinator.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare, verify, and process weekly payroll for all county departments
Process all county personnel changes including new hires, employee salary increases, payroll and medical deductions, FMLA leave, address changes, etc.
Complete monthly and quarterly payroll reporting, as needed
Serve as backup for accounts payable
Perform other duties as requested by Director of Accounting
Requirements:
Associate’s degree in finance or related field AND three or more years’ of related experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform essential functions of the position
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work effectively under pressure, within deadlines and changes in work priorities
