We're looking for an Administrative Coordinator to serve as a key member of our client's rapidly growing team. This role offers a unique blend of administrative support, compliance coordination, onboarding, marketing assistance, and office operations. You'll work closely with leadership and support teams across the organization while helping ensure daily operations run efficiently.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and team communications
Assist with office operations and administrative projects
Answer incoming calls during peak periods
Open and distribute mail
Receive and coordinate deliveries
Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day office support
Schedule and coordinate random CDL drug testing
Maintain driver qualification files and required documentation
Track annual forms and driving record reviews
Assist with vehicle registration and IFTA administration
Help ensure records remain accurate, organized, and compliant
Schedule and coordinate interviews for seasonal employees
Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires
Enter employee information into company systems
Maintain employee records and required documentation
Help create a welcoming and organized onboarding experience
