Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and schedule appointments for the service team, ensuring all commitments are met efficiently
Perform accurate data entry to maintain organized and up-to-date records
Manage and oversee electronic filing systems to ensure accessibility and compliance
Provide administrative support to a service team of four, including the service manager
Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries and routing calls appropriately
Maintain calendars and schedules, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events
Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks to support team operations
Uphold a business casual environment while fostering a collaborative and productive workspace
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or coordination roles
Familiarity with scheduling and calendar management tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in managing electronic filing systems and data entry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle inbound calls and deliver attentive customer service
Comfortable working in an industrial or commercial setting
