We are partnering with a leading global investment platform to identify an Administrative Coordinator to join their marketing and investor relations function. This individual will play a critical role supporting global initiatives and events. This is a highly visible, fast-paced opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities across internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a 3/2 hyrbid role.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate global fundraising initiatives, including investor roadshows and outreach efforts
Support the planning and execution of due diligence processes and investor meetings
Assist in organizing large-scale investor events, conferences, and virtual programs
Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events
Maintain organized, high-quality communication and documentation standards across projects
Requirements
Prior administrative experience in financial services
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems, or event platforms
