We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to assist with a short-term project in Stockton, California. This contract position involves supporting organizational tasks for a specific assignment lasting three days. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare, organize, and distribute project materials, including stuffing envelopes for distribution
Coordinate schedules and ensure timely completion of the project within the designated timeframe
Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Provide administrative support, including managing documentation and tracking progress
Adhere to project deadlines and ensure all tasks are completed accurately
Assist with logistical arrangements to optimize efficiency during the project
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures
Handle minor troubleshooting or adjustments to ensure the project remains on track
Report updates and completion status to relevant stakeholders as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred but not required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in tools such as CRM systems, calendar management, and communication platforms
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with budget processes and C-Suite interaction is a plus
Comfortable working on short-term, specific projects
