Job Responsibility:
Accurately input and maintain data within company systems and records
Process incoming correspondence while making guided decisions confidently
Manage calendars and schedules to ensure efficient time management
Answer inbound calls and communicate thoroughly with clients and team members
Support administrative tasks related to home health services and other operational needs
Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively
Coordinate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information
Maintain clear and thorough written and verbal communication with stakeholders
Requirements:
Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures
