Our client, a leading asset management company, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support their HR team in Newton, MA. This is a 3-6-week onsite assignment, working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update the existing Excel tracker for all employee leaves
Gather and manage supporting documentation related to leave requests
Prepare and send official approval/denial letters outlining expectations and requirements
Ensure all leave activity is documented in alignment with company policy and legal guidelines
Handle administrative tasks related to parental leave, FMLA, disability, and other leave types
Assist with approximately 12 active leaves (including parental leaves)
Support HR stakeholders by managing paperwork, organizing records, and tracking progress
Requirements:
Experience with ADP Time & Attendance
Prior HR or Leave of Absence administrative support experience
