Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies, supervising student workers, and providing technical and media support to faculty
Manage room reservations, coordinate media services, and liaise with help desk and facilities teams
Collect and organize syllabi and other departmental documents
Confirm and support pre-planned events, ensuring all logistical details are in place
Coordinate small-scale events or meetings as needed
Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation
Manage calendars and schedules to ensure efficiency and organization
Handle expense reimbursements and maintain records for financial tracking
