We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This contract position requires a detail-oriented individual to provide essential administrative support in an educational university environment. The role involves managing office operations, overseeing event coordination, and ensuring smooth communication across various departments.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies, supervising student workers, and providing technical and media support to faculty
  • Manage room reservations, coordinate media services, and liaise with help desk and facilities teams
  • Collect and organize syllabi and other departmental documents
  • Confirm and support pre-planned events, ensuring all logistical details are in place
  • Coordinate small-scale events or meetings as needed
  • Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation
