We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Newport News, Virginia. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth organizational operations, including managing communications, maintaining records, and addressing employee inquiries. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files to ensure efficient storage and retrieval
  • Scan and digitize documents to keep records up-to-date and accessible
  • Respond to employee concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Manage the inbox efficiently, prioritizing and addressing emails and messages
  • Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and care
  • Answer inbound calls, addressing queries or redirecting them to the appropriate department
