Job Responsibility:
Organize and maintain physical and digital files to ensure efficient storage and retrieval
Scan and digitize documents to keep records up-to-date and accessible
Respond to employee concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally
Manage the inbox efficiently, prioritizing and addressing emails and messages
Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and care
Answer inbound calls, addressing queries or redirecting them to the appropriate department
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, edit, and maintain documents and spreadsheets
Collaborate with teams using Microsoft Teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
Support general administrative tasks to facilitate smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both paper and digital files
Excellent communication skills for handling inquiries and providing customer service
Ability to manage inboxes and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with scanning and digitizing documents
Comfortable answering and directing inbound calls with attention to detail
