We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Graham, North Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in managing appraisal activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and team members. Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage incoming appraisal bid requests with accuracy and efficiency
Collect property and client information to create precise appraisal bids
Process and quote appraisal orders while ensuring timely handling
Schedule multiple daily appraisals using mapping and routing tools
Coordinate daily itineraries for a team of appraisers to optimize efficiency
Prepare and maintain detailed files, including tax cards and supporting documents
Organize and manage digital folders for each appraiser to ensure accessibility
Collaborate closely with team members while providing individualized support to appraisers
Requirements:
Proven ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced work environment
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
Reliable and detail-oriented demeanor with consistent punctuality
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
Familiarity with scheduling tools and workflows
Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks, such as calendar management and data entry
Nice to have:
Experience in real estate or appraisal industry is a plus but not required
Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred
