Job Responsibility:
Coordinate day-to-day administrative support for technical and business teams, ensuring tasks move forward smoothly and are completed on time
Manage calendars, scheduling needs, and project-related timelines for team members with multiple priorities and deadlines
Prepare, organize, and route documentation, approvals, and internal requests through established systems with a high level of accuracy
Support training logistics by arranging Webex sessions, assisting with in-person meetings, and helping larger group events stay well organized
Track project details, maintain databases, and monitor progress updates so leaders have clear and current information for decision-making
Assist with process coordination across teams that may follow different workflows, helping create consistency in administrative support activities
Respond to internal questions and service needs promptly, using sound judgment to gather details and escalate issues when needed
Work closely with strong-minded stakeholders in a thoughtful and organized manner, adapting quickly to expectations and maintaining dependable support
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative coordination, office support, or similar business support role
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple assignments accurately in a structured environment
Proven ability to learn new processes quickly and ask thoughtful questions when clarification is needed
Experience with scheduling, project tracking, database maintenance, and general administrative task management
