We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Rome, New York. This Contract to permanent position involves supporting daily office operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating administrative tasks and maintaining an attentive front-facing presence for the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the front desk by welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
Coordinate and maintain meeting schedules, including managing bookings for conference rooms
Oversee the procurement and inventory of office supplies to ensure the workspace is well-stocked and organized
Prepare and arrange overnight delivery packages and coordinate courier services as necessary
Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring seamless operations
Keep the office environment tidy, organized, and conducive to productivity
Take on additional tasks and special projects as needed to support the team
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a detail-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills with a high level of reliability and dependability
Capability to work independently and effectively manage office operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Teams
Basic data entry skills and attention to detail
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role
