Oversee the admission process for incoming clients by gathering intake details, confirming coverage information, securing required approvals, and preparing onboarding records
Coordinate calendars for clinicians and clients, arranging appointments and coverage assignments to help maintain smooth daily operations
Keep electronic records, case files, and administrative tracking documents current while following established compliance and documentation standards
Partner with clinical staff and leadership to address scheduling issues, support operational needs, and improve overall workflow efficiency
Handle routine administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, file maintenance, phone coverage, and general office coordination
Assist with special assignments and operational projects that contribute to consistent and effective program delivery
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative coordination or related support role
Strong background in scheduling, calendar management, and administrative assistance
Experience handling inbound calls professionally and responding to inquiries with excellent customer service
Familiarity with home health, healthcare, or other service-based environments is preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced onsite setting
Proficiency with data entry, document organization, and maintaining electronic records
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
