Job Responsibility:
Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal team members and external clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively
Manage administrative tasks such as mailing, scanning, faxing, and data entry to ensure seamless operations
Process and monitor forms and documents using relevant systems to maintain accuracy and compliance
Assist with accounts receivable processes by auditing service authorizations and facilitating necessary corrections
Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow and maintain productivity
Communicate clearly and effectively to support team objectives and client satisfaction
Ensure adherence to legal requirements, organizational standards, and established procedures
Utilize intermediate computer skills to manage digital files and administrative tools efficiently
Participate in training sessions and ongoing development to enhance job performance
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in home health or related industries
Proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing schedules or calendars
Familiarity with CRM platforms and project coordination tools
