We are looking for a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this contract role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support by managing schedules, appointments, and meetings effectively
Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries and redirecting calls as needed
Coordinate and maintain calendars to ensure seamless scheduling for all stakeholders
Assist with home health-related administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency
Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as required
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications
Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and workflows
Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or coordination roles
Strong proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
Ability to manage and maintain calendars and schedules efficiently
Familiarity with home health administrative tasks is preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
