We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator for a short-term, full-time contract of approximately six weeks. This position requires an organized individual who can work independently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files to ensure easy access and accuracy
Accurately transcribe dictation and produce high-quality documents
Prepare, proofread, and edit documents with attention to detail
Manage electronic filing and record-keeping efficiently
Perform scanning, photocopying, and document indexing to maintain proper records
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings to support smooth operations
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Assist with administrative tasks and deadlines to support the team effectively
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or comparable coordinator role
Familiarity with office practices or similar administrative environments is preferred
Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong transcription and dictation skills with a focus on accuracy
Excellent command of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Experience with electronic filing systems and calendar management tools
