We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Columbia, Maryland. In this long-term contract role, you will support key leadership in managing administrative functions, client records, and electronic health systems. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to handling multiple priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including the Vice President of Behavior Support Services and directors within the department
Manage and maintain electronic health records and organizational files for a large client base
Assist clinicians with scheduling and coordinating their caseloads effectively
Handle inbound communications, such as phone calls and emails, with professionalism and promptness
Organize and maintain calendars, ensuring meetings and appointments are scheduled accurately
Prepare reports and documentation as needed to support departmental operations
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software tools to streamline administrative tasks
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Monitor and manage office supplies and resources to support daily operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Demonstrated ability to perform clerical and secretarial tasks with precision and autonomy
Familiarity with electronic health records systems is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in calendar management and scheduling is a plus
Ability to handle inbound calls and correspondence professionally
Nice to have:
