Our Client – a global leader in the biotechnology industry – is currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support two departments within the organization. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth coordination of administrative processes and supporting day-to-day operational activities within the team.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary administrative contact for two departments, coordinating daily operational processes
Manage incoming calls, emails, and routine correspondence
Maintain distribution lists, databases, and department documentation
Coordinate mailings, courier services, and office supplies
Support administrative processes including invoicing, payments, and promotional material distribution
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and visitor logistics
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations
Manage calendars and administrative needs of team members
Support departmental projects and onboarding of new employees
Requirements:
University degree
3–5 years of experience in an administrative support role
Experience working with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English and the local language
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Nice to have:
Experience working in a similar role within an international or corporate environment
Basic understanding of the supported business function (e.g., sales, safety, customer service)
Familiarity with terminology related to areas such as Marketing, Medical, Clinical Research, or Logistics
Experience working with external vendors and service providers
