Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations
Handle inbound calls with attention to detail and provide accurate information to callers
Manage calendars, including scheduling appointments and updating meeting details
Prepare and organize correspondence, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
Assist in planning and organizing events or meetings as needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support organizational processes
Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and priorities
Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure uninterrupted workflow
Support various operational tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role
Strong skills in calendar management and scheduling
Ability to handle inbound calls with professionalism and clarity
Familiarity with home health operations is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in written and verbal communication
Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of common office software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
