Job Description:

The administrative coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with different departments throughout there global company. They need, someone who is organized, meticulous and able to multitask. . You will find appropriate solutions to issues and problems and provide complete and accurate solutions in an efficient timely manner.

Job Responsibility:

  • Place orders in SAP
  • Enter all invoices, follow up with tracking and tracing of shipments
  • Extracting data and creating spreadsheets
  • Data Entry and administrative support
  • Social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Linked In etc..)
  • Create presentations as needed
  • Writing up reports for the teams
  • Planning team meetings and coordinating within the company
  • Light bookkeeping when needed for a team in Germany
  • Support the office manager on any other tasks as needed
  • Entering PO's in the system

Requirements:

  • English with a functional French
  • Someone with an SAP background
  • Good administrative skills
  • Experience working in an office setting
  • Good writing skills
  • Word, Excel, Outlook experience
  • Social media savy
  • Very meticulous and organized
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Agricultural experience an asset
  • Good communication skills
