We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator with relevant experience to support daily front office operations for a Long-term Contract opportunity based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and guide questions or requests to the appropriate team members for timely resolution
Organize schedules by managing calendars, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings to keep daily operations running smoothly
Maintain an orderly front office by ensuring shared spaces remain well organized, clean, and ready for staff and guests
Complete core administrative work such as copying, scanning, printing, filing, and accurate data entry across physical and digital records
Create and format routine documents, correspondence, and presentation materials using Microsoft Office applications
Track inventory of office materials and replenish supplies as needed to support uninterrupted workflow
Assist with logistics for small meetings, internal gatherings, and community-facing activities, including room setup and coordination
Preserve confidentiality while supporting staff, volunteers, and visitors with dependable day-to-day administrative service
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in administrative support, reception, or office coordination roles
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication tools
Clear verbal and written communication skills paired with a detail-oriented and service-oriented approach
Comfort working in an on-site, community-facing environment with frequent interaction across different groups
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information
Nice to have:
Previous experience in a church, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization is preferred
