Job Responsibility
Supervise technicians' schedules for the current week to maximize their productivity and ensure the efficient completion of all scheduled work.
Strategically assign and distribute incoming service requests, ensuring technicians have all the necessary information and tools for their assignments.
Validate work completion (verify hours worked, field notes, and task scope).
Reassign incomplete work orders to the schedule or reschedule urgent visits within the current week.
Forward files requiring repair estimates to the relevant internal team with detailed technical descriptions.
Maintain logistical communication between technicians (monitoring schedules, making last-minute adjustments).
Administrative workforce tracking: Update the system in real time.
Requirements
Bilingualism (French and English) is required, both spoken and written, as communication will be outside of Quebec with associates, des colleagues located in Ontario on a regular basis.
Experience in a similar role: Prior experience in a dispatch, logistics planning, or operations support role is a major asset.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain smooth communication with teams in the field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database systems.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively as part of a team.
